Making Small Latex Bows

This tutorial shows how I make small latex bows from 5mm wide stripes of bubblegum latex (0.35mm):

1. The piece of latex for the bow is 40mm long and 5mm wide. Clean and attach glue to both ends and the center area.

2. Flip one end to the middle with the help of a ruler or grid.

3. Flip the other end to the middle and use some talcum to avoid any unwanted sticking.

4. Take another strip and attach glue. Also attach glue to the center of the bow. Attach the end of the strip as seen on the photo.

5. Wrap the strip around the bow to give the bow the desired form. Cut the strip.

6. This is how the bows should look now

7. Take another two strips of length 30mm each and attach glue to one end (one front, one back)

8. Glue the both stripes together at the desired angle. I prefer ca. 60 degress.

9. Attach glue to the back of the bow and the stripes just glued together.

10. Glue the bow to the stripes and cut away the parts above the bow. Also cut the lower stripes to the desired form and length.

Strawberry Fields Explained

A couple of people asked me for some details about the "Strawberry Fields" underwear worn by Miss Tschirhart.

I used 0.35mm 4D latex in the colors scarlet red and jade green for this creation.

The ruffles are made from small circles (outer diameter 12cm, inner diameter 8cm) with the outer edge cut with a small wave form rotary cutter.

The trimming is cut with a large wave form cutter.

All hearts are cut by hand. Four bows are glued to the panties and two to the top.

The top also has two hidden loops (behind the bows) where an optional neck holder can be attached.

Victorian Babe Lingerie

So, here are some quick shots of the new Victorian Babe set of latex underwear.

The garments are made of 0.35mm baby pink latex with a 0.35mm white trim that was cut with a victorian rotary blade.

I also added two white bows and an adjustable neck holder to the bra.

You certainly notice that the cup size of the bra does not really match the mannequin's one. Btw, I am looking for a model in the Rhine-Main-Area (see my Modelmayhem page for further details).

Making latex bows

Girls like bows.

This tutorial shows how I made a couple of red latex bows for one of my next creations.

1. Cut pieces of 80mm length from a strip of 12mm wide and 0.35mm thick red latex. Change these measurements for smaller or larger bows (top left).

2. Clean each piece on the backside. Appy some latex milk to both edges and to the center. After the glue has dried flip and glue both edges to the center. Use a ruler or the grid of your working space for correct alignment (top right).

3. Use talcum powder to prevent glueing where unwanted on the finished bow parts (bottom left).

4. The knot is made from a 14mm long piece of latex that was cut from a 10mm wide strip. I prefer the knot and the loose ends to be a little bit smaller than the bow. Clean and apply latex milk to the back side of the knot and the frontside of the bow part. Glue half of the knot pice to the bow part, than roll the bow part, so you can glue the other half of the knot piece to the other side of the bow part (bottom right). This is the most difficult part. Practice before you glue!

5. The result should look like the bows on the images to the right (upper left).

6. Cut the loose ends from the 10mm wide strip, approximately at a length of 35mm. Glue two pices together in a sharp angle (top right).

7. Cut the piece even on top, clean and apply glue. Also clean and apply glue to the back of the bow (bottom left).

8. Glue both parts together and cut the loose ends in form. The bows are finished (bottom right).
